The Hotel Goya is located in the heart of the Santa Cruz district on Calle Mateos Gago, a street which leads directly to Giralda and Cathedral. The hotel was completely renovated in 2007 and features 19 guest rooms, all with a private bath, individual climate control (air conditioning and heating), and satellite television. The central patio offers natural light from the new glass skylight, making it the perfect place to use the free WiFi internet access.

Guest rooms are distributed over three floors. The majority of rooms have windows onto interior patios and hallways, while some rooms have exterior windows or balconies to the street. All have individual climate control, television and a full, private bathrooms. All rooms have been very recently renovated.

Guests enter the small front reception area from Mateos Gago street. A hallway leads from the reception area to the central patio and lounge. To the right guests find the elevator which leads to the majority of rooms on the upper floors. Opposite the elevator are the stairs, a guest bathroom and a luggage storage room for guests.

Guests will also find Plaza San Francisco, Plaza Nueva and the new city center tram system very close by.
