Guests enter reception from Pedro de Toro street through the main glass doors. To the right of the entrance is a large open sitting area with comfortable couches, seats and a large television. In front of the reception lies the larger interior patio which spans the height of the building. To one corner guests will find the hotel bar with a small section of tables and chairs. Just off the main patio is the breakfast dining room with plenty of seating. All of the common areas are decorated with original paintings from local artists. The hotel offers a full bar, and limited room service is available. Parking is available in the hotel's private garage.

The hotel is located in Museum district, a traditional neighborhood in Seville's old city center. The neighborhood borders the nearby San Lorenzo and San Vicente quarters. Guests are less than one minute from the Museum of Fine Arts (Museo de Bellas Artes), and four minutes from the El Corte Ingles, La Campana and shopping district.
